Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Coach to join our innovative team in the telecommunications sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coaching and developing talent, coupled with a strong understanding of the telecommunications industry. As an Assistant Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting our coaching staff to enhance the skills and performance of our employees, ensuring they meet both personal and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Head Coach in designing and implementing training programs tailored to the unique needs of our telecommunications team.
- Support in the development of coaching materials, training guides, and performance metrics to track progress.
- Observe and evaluate individual and team performances during training sessions and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions and workshops focused on skill development, teamwork, and communication.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to employee development and performance improvement.
- Monitor industry trends in telecommunications to incorporate relevant content into training sessions.
- Assist in organizing team-building exercises and other activities that promote a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, employee progress, and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Foster an environment of open communication and teamwork, encouraging employees to share ideas and challenges.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in coaching, training, or a related role, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate employees.
- Proven ability to create engaging training materials and facilitate workshops.
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance and provide actionable feedback.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in using coaching and training software tools.
