We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Assistant Concierge to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and a strong background in providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Concierge in managing all aspects of the construction project, including coordinating with contractors, vendors, and clients
- Handle all incoming inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, meetings, and other special projects
- Keep accurate records of all interactions and transactions with clients and vendors
- Provide administrative support to the Concierge as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of [random number] years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Dubai's construction industry and local area attractions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
