We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Assistant Coordinator to join our Transportation and Logistics team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in coordinating logistics operations and providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Logistics Coordinator in planning and coordinating transportation routes and schedules
- Tracking and monitoring shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Communicating with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients to provide updates on shipment status
- Preparing shipping documents and ensuring compliance with transportation regulations
- Managing inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Providing administrative support such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments
- Assisting in resolving any transportation and logistics issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within the transportation and logistics industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices
