We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Event Coordinator to join our team based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning and logistics, with a particular focus on transportation and coordination.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, with a specific focus on transportation and logistics
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and transportation partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Manage event logistics, including transportation schedules, vehicle coordination, and route planning
- Assist in the development of event budgets and cost analysis for transportation and logistics expenses
- Collaborate with event team members to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the planning process
- Provide on-site support during events, including managing transportation logistics and troubleshooting any issues that may arise
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess transportation and logistics performance and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in event planning, transportation, or logistics
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
