We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant HR Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with specific experience in the agriculture industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Coordinate and conduct training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE labor laws
- Handle employee benefits administration, including insurance and leave management
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- [X] years of experience in HR, preferably in the agriculture industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
