Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant HR Manager to join our dynamic team in the healthcare sector in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will support the HR Manager in the execution of HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the organization’s goals. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices in the healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for employee development and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Support the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, screening applications, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions, while promoting a positive work environment.
- Conduct training needs assessments and support the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and provide guidance on workforce planning.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and organize team-building activities to foster a collaborative work culture.
- Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, training costs) and prepare reports for management to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and healthcare to continuously improve HR processes and programs.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
