We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant IT Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology and previous experience in a managerial role.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting the IT Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT department
- Managing and leading a team of IT professionals
- Providing technical support and guidance to staff and end-users
- Ensuring that all IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently
- Implementing and maintaining IT security protocols
- Managing IT projects and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry
- Collaborating with other departments to identify and address IT needs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology
- Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
