We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant IT Manager to join our team in the agriculture sector in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing IT systems and providing technical support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the IT Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT department
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems
- Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot any IT-related issues
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect the organization's data and systems
- Assist in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to identify IT needs and provide solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and make recommendations for upgrades and improvements
- Assist in managing IT projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- [X] years of experience in IT management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues from different departments
- Experience with project management and IT budgeting
- Certification in relevant IT fields is a plus
