We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Operations Manager to join our Information Technology team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations management and possess excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the IT department
- Manage and prioritize tasks within the team to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of IT systems
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Assist in budget planning and tracking of expenses
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in IT operations management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in IT operations management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of IT systems and technologies
- Experience with budget planning and expense tracking
- Certification in ITIL or PMP is a plus
