We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Transportation and Logistics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in driving sales and revenue growth, managing key client accounts, and developing new business opportunities in the region.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business leads
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to clients
- Negotiate and close sales contracts to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, customer service, and marketing to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager and senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Transportation and Logistics industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
