We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the manufacturing industry and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, training, and support to ensure their success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends to continuously improve sales performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
