We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a background in warehouse management and a strong understanding of inventory control and logistics processes.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations
- Coordinate and monitor the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular audits
- Supervise warehouse staff and provide training and guidance as needed
- Implement and maintain safety and security protocols within the warehouse
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track and report key performance indicators
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency
- Assist in the development and implementation of warehouse policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of inventory control best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
