We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as an Assistant Winemaker. Based in the beautiful city of Al Ain, this position offers a unique opportunity to work in the heart of the UAE's wine industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the head winemaker in all aspects of winemaking, including grape selection, crushing, fermentation, blending, and aging
- Monitor and maintain the quality and consistency of wines throughout the production process
- Conduct routine analysis of wines to ensure they meet quality standards
- Assist in developing new wine styles and products
- Manage inventory of winemaking supplies and equipment
- Work closely with the production team to ensure efficient and effective winemaking processes
- Participate in tastings and sensory evaluations to assess wine quality

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Enology, Viticulture, Food Science, or related field
- [X] years of experience in winemaking (experience in a desert climate is a plus)
- Strong understanding of winemaking processes and techniques
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality wines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
