We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Winemaker to join our team in Al Ain. As the Assistant Winemaker, you will work closely with the Head Winemaker to assist in all aspects of winemaking, from grape harvest to bottling.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and supervision of all winemaking activities, including fermentation, aging, blending, and bottling
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the winemaking process
- Conduct routine analysis of wine samples to ensure consistency and quality
- Assist in the development and implementation of new winemaking techniques and processes
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Maintain accurate records of all winemaking activities and inventory
- Assist with vineyard management activities, such as pruning, harvesting, and pest control

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Enology, Viticulture, Food Science, or related field
- [Number] years of experience in winemaking, with a strong understanding of winemaking principles and techniques
- Proficiency in wine analysis and lab techniques
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to vineyard locations as needed
