We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant IT Manager to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT management, particularly within the Aerospace and Defense industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the IT Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT department
- Collaborate with IT staff to ensure smooth and efficient operation of all systems and networks
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members
- Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures
- Monitor and assess IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects and initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of [random number] years of experience in IT management
- Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry is highly preferred
