We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant to the Dean in our Financial Services department in Dubai. The Assistant to the Dean will provide administrative support to the Dean of the department and help facilitate the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Dean's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
- Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the Dean
- Assist with research and data analysis as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the Dean
- Maintain and organize office files and records
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Provide general administrative support to the Dean and department as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- [Random number] years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
