We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant to the Dean in the retail sector in Dubai. The Assistant to the Dean will provide administrative support to the Dean of the retail department, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the department.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the Dean's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the Dean
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the Dean
- Maintain confidential records and files
- Assist in budget management and expense tracking
- Provide general administrative support to the Dean as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a retail environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and practices is a plus
