We are seeking a dynamic and organized Auction Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The Auction Assistant will support the Auction Manager in all aspects of planning, organizing, and executing educational auctions in the field of education.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and coordinating all aspects of educational auctions, including cataloging items, setting up auction displays, and managing bidder registration.
- Provide excellent customer service to auction attendees, answering questions and providing information about auction items.
- Assist in marketing and promoting educational auctions through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
- Help manage auction logistics, including coordinating with vendors, tracking inventory, and ensuring all auction items are properly displayed and accounted for.
- Assist in conducting pre-auction research on items to be auctioned, including their market value and potential interest to bidders.
- Support the Auction Manager in post-auction activities, such as processing payments, coordinating item pickup and delivery, and preparing auction reports.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- [X] years of experience in event planning, fundraising, or auction management (experience in the education sector is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with auction software is preferred.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in the auction industry.
