We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Auction Assistant to join our Transportation and Logistics team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in auction processes and a strong understanding of transportation and logistics operations.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assist in the organization of auctions for transportation and logistics equipment and vehicles
- Assist in the preparation of auction listings, including descriptions, photographs, and condition reports
- Manage auction inventory and ensure accurate records are maintained
- Assist in the marketing and promotion of auctions through various channels
- Provide excellent customer service to auction attendees and bidders
- Assist in the coordination of auction logistics, including transportation and set-up of equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful auction events
- Perform administrative tasks related to auctions, such as data entry and documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- [X] years of experience in auction processes, transportation, or logistics
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
