We are looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology, specifically in the automotive industry. The Automotive Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic partnerships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the automotive sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and launch new products and services
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in an Information Technology setting
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
