We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our automotive sales team in the Aerospace and Defense sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
