We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture and a strong background in automotive service management.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the automotive service department, including managing a team of technicians and service advisors
- Develop and implement service policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation of the department
- Monitor service metrics and KPIs to drive performance and profitability
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling automotive services
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technological advancements in automotive service
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of agricultural machinery and equipment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology or a related field is preferred
