Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our team in Dubai, Energy. The Automotive Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the service department, including managing a team of technicians, ensuring customer satisfaction, and increasing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of technicians to ensure high-quality service and repairs are completed in a timely manner
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and profitability
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technology advancements to ensure the service department remains competitive and offers cutting-edge services
- Create and implement service policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to drive business growth and increase service department revenue

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology or related field
