We are seeking a talented and passionate Baker Assistant to join our team in the financial services industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a bakery or food service environment, and a strong passion for baking and creating delicious pastries and desserts.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the head baker in preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts
- Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistency in product quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Help with packaging and presenting baked goods for sale
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to answer questions and make recommendations

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a bakery or food service environment
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for baking and creating delicious pastries and desserts
- Must be able to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or degree in baking or pastry arts
- Experience working with specialty diets or dietary restrictions
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
