We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Baker Assistant to join our pharmaceutical company in Dubai. The Baker Assistant will work alongside our experienced bakers to assist in the production of various pharmaceutical products.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and baking of a variety of pharmaceutical products, following recipes and guidelines provided by the Head Baker
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately
- Operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers
- Monitor baking process and adjust temperatures and timing as needed
- Assist in packaging and labeling finished products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Good time management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- [Random number] years of experience as a Baker Assistant or in a related role
