We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Dubai. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages to our customers in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating exceptional coffee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and taking their orders
- Preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages
- Operating coffee machines and other equipment to brew and steam beverages
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the coffee preparation area
- Providing excellent customer service and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handling cash and processing transactions accurately
- Following company policies and procedures regarding food safety and hygiene

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and techniques
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling
- UAE experience is a plus
