We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Operations Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction operations and project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing branch operations and implementing program initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and streamline processes
- Manage a team of project managers, construction supervisors, and administrative staff
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement program initiatives
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations and laws
- Prepare and present regular reports on branch operations and program performance to senior management

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- [X] years of experience in construction operations and project management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of construction industry best practices and regulations
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
