We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Operations Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline branch operations
- Manage a team of branch staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to drive business growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other branches and departments to share best practices and drive overall organizational success
- Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
- Minimum [random number] years of experience in branch operations management, preferably in the Real Estate industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
