We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Budget Coordinator Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for numbers and financial analysis, as well as a strong understanding of the energy industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Budget Coordinator in developing, monitoring, and managing departmental budgets
- Prepare budget reports and presentations for senior management
- Analyze financial data and trends to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure budget compliance and accuracy
- Assist in forecasting and budget planning for future projects
- Conduct research and gather data to support budget decisions
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in budgeting, financial analysis, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the energy industry is a plus
