We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Budget Operations Program Manager to join our construction team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of budget operations for construction projects, ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement budgeting processes and procedures for construction projects
- Monitor project budgets and financial performance, identifying and addressing any deviations or issues
- Collaborate with project managers to develop accurate project budgets and forecasts
- Conduct regular budget reviews and provide financial reports to senior management
- Manage and track project expenses, ensuring that costs are controlled and kept within budget
- Work closely with procurement and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on budgeting and financial matters
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements to enhance project profitability
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in budget operations and construction finance

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in budget operations or financial management, preferably in the construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing budgets for large-scale construction projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in budgeting software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations and financial principles
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
