We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Budget Operations Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Budget Operations Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and budgeting processes for our retail operations in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual budget plans in alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts
- Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with department heads to develop departmental budgets
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Develop and maintain financial reporting systems
- Lead a team of budget analysts and financial specialists
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

- Strong understanding of retail operations and financial management
