We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Building Operations Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications and building operations management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

As the Building Operations Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of building operations, including maintenance, security, and safety. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure that all building systems are functioning properly and that the facility meets the needs of our employees and customers.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement building operations policies and procedures
- Manage a team of building operations staff, including security guards, maintenance technicians, and cleaning staff
- Oversee the maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs and upgrades
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues
- Develop and implement emergency response plans and ensure that all staff are trained on proper procedures
- Monitor building security systems and implement measures to protect against unauthorized access
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and building codes

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in building operations management
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of local regulations and building codes in Abu Dhabi
