We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Operations Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, project management, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for building operations and maintenance programs
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple facilities, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians and contractors, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
- Develop and manage budgets for building operations and maintenance activities
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives and initiatives
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to ensure they are well-maintained and meet safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in building operations and maintenance
- Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards related to building operations
- Experience working in the consumer goods industry is preferred
