Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Bus Driver to join our healthcare transportation team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting patients, medical staff, and other passengers to and from healthcare facilities. This role is crucial in ensuring timely and secure transportation, contributing to the overall quality of care provided to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate a bus to transport patients, healthcare staff, and visitors to designated locations, ensuring adherence to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe working condition, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized bus interior, ensuring a comfortable environment for passengers.
- Assist passengers, including those with mobility challenges, in boarding and disembarking the vehicle, providing support as needed.
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents that occur during trips.
- Collaborate with healthcare facility staff to coordinate transport schedules and respond to any urgent transportation needs.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns from passengers in a professional manner.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on healthcare transport protocols and safety practices.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to patient confidentiality and data protection.

Qualifications:

- Valid UAE driver's license (Category 5 or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a bus driver or in a similar transportation role.
- Experience in healthcare transportation is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of road safety regulations and traffic laws in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Basic first aid knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi's roadways and healthcare facilities is advantageous.
