We are seeking a responsible and attentive School Bus Monitor to ensure the safety and well-being of students during their transportation to and from school. The School Bus Monitor will be responsible for supervising students while on the bus, enforcing safety regulations, and maintaining order among passengers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all students are safely seated and wearing seat belts before the bus departs.
- Monitor student behavior and address any disruptive or unsafe conduct.
- Assist students with boarding and disembarking the bus safely.
- Communicate effectively with bus drivers and school administration regarding any issues or concerns.
- Maintain a safe and clean bus environment at all times.
- Provide assistance to students with special needs or medical conditions as required.
- Report any incidents or accidents to the appropriate authorities.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with children in a school or transportation setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
- Knowledge of basic first aid procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in CPR and first aid.
- Experience working as a school bus monitor or in a similar role for at least [random number] years.
