We are seeking a responsible and attentive School Bus Monitor to ensure the safety and well-being of students during their transportation to and from school in Dubai. The School Bus Monitor will be responsible for maintaining order on the bus, ensuring the students are seated properly, and monitoring their behavior throughout the journey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe boarding and disembarking of students from the school bus
- Maintain order and discipline among students during the bus ride
- Assist students with special needs or disabilities as needed
- Monitor and report any incidents or behavioral issues to the school authorities
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
- Ensure that all safety regulations and protocols are followed at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with children in a school or childcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Knowledge of basic first aid procedures is a plus
- Must be fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Valid UAE driver's license is preferred

This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience working with children in an educational setting.
