We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and be able to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and proposals
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees and provide general HR support
- Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, photocopying, and filing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
