We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the consumer goods industry and possess excellent leadership and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and profitability
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of all business processes
- Monitor key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain management, inventory control, and distribution channels
- Lead and mentor a team of operations staff to ensure high performance and productivity
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business expansion
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of successfully implementing operational strategies and achieving business objectives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
