Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Business Administrator to join our dynamic team in the telecommunications industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business administration, excellent communication skills, and a passion for enhancing operational efficiency. This position plays a key role in supporting our management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports and presentations.

- Operational Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure alignment with company goals.

- Financial Management: Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial reporting. Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of business operations, including contracts, invoices, and service agreements. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

- Customer Relationship Management: Assist in managing customer relationships by providing timely responses to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Market Research: Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities. Prepare reports to support strategic decision-making.

- Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions. Handle logistics, invitations, and materials preparation.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project execution. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in business administration, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
