We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative Assistant to join our real estate team in Abu Dhabi. This position plays a crucial role in providing support to our call center representatives and ensuring smooth operations within the department.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting call center representatives with answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Providing administrative support such as data entry, filing, and maintaining customer records
- Assisting in scheduling appointments and property viewings for customers
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient communication and workflow within the call center
- Providing feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication skills and a professional phone etiquette
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
- Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a bonus
- Must be based in Abu Dhabi
