Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will support our call center operations by assisting representatives in delivering exceptional customer service within the financial services sector. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to call center representatives, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Assist in answering customer inquiries related to financial products and services, providing accurate information and guidance.
- Monitor customer interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using the company's CRM system.
- Help in resolving customer issues by coordinating with relevant departments and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on product offerings and market trends.
- Assist in preparing reports on call center performance metrics and customer satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets.
- Support in managing call center schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
