Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Casino Dealer to join our vibrant gaming team in our state-of-the-art casino, located in the heart of Dubai's healthcare and entertainment sector. As a Casino Dealer, you will play a crucial role in providing a fun and engaging gaming experience for our guests while ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Game Management: Deal various casino games such as Blackjack, Roulette, Poker, and other table games, ensuring adherence to established rules and procedures.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable gaming atmosphere. Provide clear instructions and assistance to players, ensuring they understand game rules and procedures.
- Transactions Handling: Accurately manage and process bets, payouts, and chips while maintaining integrity and accountability of game transactions.
- Game Security: Monitor gameplay to detect any irregularities or potential cheating and report incidents to management promptly.
- Compliance: Ensure all gaming operations are conducted in accordance with local regulations and company policies, maintaining a responsible gaming environment.
- Training & Development: Assist in training new dealers and staff in gaming operations and customer service best practices.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other dealers and staff to ensure smooth casino operations, including communicating effectively during high-paced gaming situations.
- Customer Service Excellence: Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or gaming is an advantage.
- Minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience as a casino dealer in a reputable casino environment.
- Strong knowledge of various table games and gaming procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
