We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Caterer Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist the Caterer in preparing, presenting, and serving food at our retail location.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and maintain food stations
- Serve food to customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Help with cleaning and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required (under 8 years)
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
