We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Catering Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The Catering Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of catering operations within our agriculture-based company. This includes coordinating catering orders, managing inventory, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring that all catering events run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all catering orders, including menu selection, pricing, and delivery schedules
- Communicate with clients to determine their catering needs and preferences
- Work closely with our culinary team to ensure that all catering orders are prepared and delivered on time
- Manage inventory of catering supplies and ingredients, ensuring that stock levels are maintained
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for ingredients and supplies
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of catering events, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are handled properly
- Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met during catering operations
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during catering events
- Keep detailed records of all catering orders, expenses, and revenues

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Catering Coordinator or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Familiarity with sourcing and negotiating with suppliers
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
