We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Catering Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The Catering Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of catering services for our clients in the energy sector. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and plan catering services for events, meetings, and functions for clients in the energy sector
- Work closely with clients to understand their catering needs and preferences
- Develop customized catering menus based on client requirements and budget constraints
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of catering services
- Manage and oversee catering staff during events to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Maintain inventory of catering supplies and equipment
- Monitor and evaluate customer feedback to continuously improve catering services
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in catering coordination or event planning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and catering software
