We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Chaplain to provide spiritual guidance and support to employees within the Transportation and Logistics industry in Dubai. The Chaplain will be responsible for offering emotional and spiritual care to employees who may be experiencing personal or professional challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide confidential counseling and support to employees and their families in times of need
- Conduct religious services, ceremonies, and rituals for employees of various faiths
- Offer spiritual guidance and mentorship to help employees navigate difficult situations
- Collaborate with management and HR to provide support during times of crisis or loss
- Develop and implement programs and initiatives to promote spiritual well-being within the organization
- Build relationships with employees and create a safe and welcoming space for spiritual exploration
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Theology, Divinity, or related field
- Ordained or licensed as a Chaplain
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in providing spiritual care or counseling
- Knowledge of various religious traditions and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with employees
- Strong organizational and time management skills
