We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to join our team in Dubai within the financial services industry. The CCO will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's compliance program to ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with local and international laws and regulations
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the compliance program on an ongoing basis
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify and address any potential areas of non-compliance
- Provide compliance training and guidance to employees at all levels of the organization
- Serve as the main point of contact for regulatory authorities and external auditors
- Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company's operations
- Lead investigations into any potential compliance violations and develop corrective action plans as needed
- Collaborate with senior management to ensure a culture of compliance and ethical behavior throughout the organization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, law, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a compliance role within the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of local and international regulations governing financial services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and manage a compliance team
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Professional certification in compliance or a related field is preferred
