We are seeking an experienced and qualified Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to join our team in Dubai. As the CCO, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of compliance within our retail operations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with local laws and regulations
- Monitor and assess compliance risks and ensure that appropriate controls are in place to mitigate these risks
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues as they arise
- Communicate regularly with senior management on compliance matters and provide updates on regulatory changes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and external auditors
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory developments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or a related field

- Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements, particularly in the retail sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
