Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As the CISO, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the enterprise vision, strategy, and program to ensure information assets and technologies are adequately protected.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.
- Oversee the development and implementation of security architectures, strategies, and roadmaps to safeguard the organization's information assets.
- Lead the incident response and recovery efforts in the event of a security breach or incident.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Manage and mentor a team of security professionals to ensure the effectiveness of security programs and initiatives.
- Stay current on emerging security threats and trends, and make recommendations for improvements to security protocols and practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in information security, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of security best practices, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
