We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Chief Legal Officer (CLO) to join our healthcare organization in Dubai. The CLO will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters pertaining to the organization and ensuring compliance with local and international laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement legal strategies and policies to support the organization's business objectives.
2. Provide legal advice and guidance to senior management on a wide range of legal issues, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, contracts, and litigation.
3. Manage and oversee all legal operations, including drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
4. Represent the organization in legal proceedings and negotiations with external parties.
5. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure legal compliance in all aspects of the business.
6. Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization and advise on necessary actions to ensure compliance.
7. Manage relationships with external legal counsel and other legal service providers.
8. Oversee the legal department budget and resource allocation.
9. Provide training and guidance to staff on legal matters and compliance requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law; Master's degree or Juris Doctor (JD) preferred.
- Admission to the Bar in Dubai or another jurisdiction.
- [Random number] years of experience in a legal role, with at least [Random number] years in a leadership or management position.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local and international laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
